Job summary

Lam Research in Fremont, CA seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to accelerate AI and automation across Finance. You will lead end-to-end delivery from concept to production, embedding controls and SOX compliance while partnering with IT, FP&A, and data teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree or higher in Data Science, CS, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, IT, or analytics roles.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts including generative AI and agentic approaches.
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes (close, SOX, FP&A) and data flows.
• Experience leading process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with IT, data, or analytics teams.
• Proven ability to deliver cross-functional projects and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of priority Finance AI use cases from concept to production.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities with Finance process owners.
• Redesign end-to-end Finance processes leveraging AI and automation.
• Lead implementation with human-in-the-loop governance and audit readiness.
• Bridge Finance, IT, and Data teams to translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Embed SOX, audit, and data governance into AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive adoption with training materials, playbooks, and best practices.
