Job summary

Releady is partnering with a healthcare technology company to deliver regulatory mandates and government programs. The Principal Program Manager will drive multi-year initiatives across core pharmacy, claims, and interoperability systems, coordinating across vendors and internal teams.

The role focuses on enterprise governance, risk management, and strategic leadership, leveraging AI tools to sharpen delivery and documentation for executive reviews and compliance milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology program delivery, incl. 5+ years leading regulatory or government-program initiatives in health tech.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year, cross-platform mandates with multiple platform teams and external vendors.
• Experience presenting to and influencing VP/C-level stakeholders and steering committees.
• Advanced use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to drive delivery and narrative.
• Familiarity with CMS/state regulations and different delivery frameworks (Agile/SAFe/Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the pillar's most complex, multi-year regulatory mandates and government programs.
• Translate CMS/state requirements into enterprise delivery plans across platforms, teams, and vendors.
• Present status, risk, and decisions at steering committees and executive reviews.
• Advise leadership on regulatory readiness and portfolio prioritization.
• Mentor Program Managers on mandate delivery, stakeholder management, and reporting.
• Improve tracking of upcoming regulations from rule monitoring through intake and classification.
