- 10+ years in technology program delivery with regulatory or government initiatives in health tech.
- Track record leading multi-year, cross-platform mandates with multiple vendors.
- Experience presenting to VP/C-level stakeholders and mentoring PMs.
- Advanced use of AI tools and prompt engineering for delivery workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex regulatory mandates across platforms and vendors.
- Translate CMS/state requirements into enterprise delivery plans.
- Serve as accountable program owner at steering committees and exec reviews.
- Advise leadership on regulatory readiness and portfolio priorities.
- Mentor PMs and review plans and status reporting.
- Improve tracking of upcoming regulations from monitoring to intake.
