Job summary

Releady is partnering with a healthcare technology company to hire a Program Manager for regulatory mandates and government programs. The role sits in a cross-platform Complex Programs & Mandates group, delivering across multiple platforms with daily AI tool usage.

The contract-to-hire position requires 6 months of term, hybrid onsite 2x/week in the SF Bay Area, and compensation of $70–$75 per hour. Prior health payer experience and delivery certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering technology programs or projects.
• Experience delivering regulatory, compliance, or government-program initiatives in health tech or payer environments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with fixed deadlines in a matrixed setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive status reports and memos.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve delivery quality and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of mandated regulatory initiatives from intake to closure.
• Translate regulatory requirements into cross-team work across business, compliance, and platforms.
• Track compliance dates and manage cross-team dependencies to meet deadlines.
• Run workstreams within multi-year mandates and report progress/risks to the program lead.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors as part of implementations.
• Produce and maintain delivery artifacts and executive status reports.
