Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product strategy, digital strategy, or related role with ownership of strategy workstreams and delivery outcomes.
• Ability to structure discovery, develop a vision, build a prioritization model, interpret analysis, and ensure delivery aligns with strategy.
• Proven ability to translate strategic thinking into concrete, actionable direction and user stories for delivery teams.
• Comfort facilitating workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, and making trade-off calls with narrow alignment.
• Strong ability to synthesize competitive research, user data, and business context into defensible product recommendations.
• Independent fluency with AI tools for research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery workstreams within engagements, including competitive research, stakeholder interviews, and user needs synthesis.
• Develop product frameworks, vision documents, and roadmap inputs grounded in business goals and user reality.
• Create sequenced, scoped direction indicating what to build first and why in client- and delivery-friendly terms.
• Build and apply prioritization models to help clients focus and align on a clear position.
• Ensure strategy is translated into deliverable-ready user stories and concrete guidance for teams.
• Advise on embedding AI thinking into client teams and workflows under senior guidance.
• Support Senior Directors and coach junior practitioners through engagements.
