Job summary

Intellias in Raymond, Ohio seeks a software engineer to design, develop, deploy internal AI-enabled tools that improve engineering productivity. You will engage with stakeholders, translate complex requirements into practical designs, and deliver scalable solutions.

You will build end-to-end pipelines that process engineering artifacts and data, integrate existing AI capabilities, and ensure secure, production-ready deployments with clear documentation and supportability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Raymond, Ohio, five days per week during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage with requirements, validation, UX/UI, and engineering stakeholders to understand workflows and automation opportunities.
• Clarify business needs and translate into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical designs.
• Assess options and recommend architecture, AI services, and cloud platforms based on value, feasibility, security, and cost.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain internal AI-enabled tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Build end-to-end pipelines that process engineering artifacts and produce reports, classifications, and outputs.
