Job summary

Accenture is seeking professionals to shape AI-enabled process reinvention for leading enterprises. You will design future-state processes, assess trends, and deliver AI-driven analyses and benchmarks across industries.

You will apply AX Design principles to AI integration, exploring human-machine interactions, and driving adoption within client organizations. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics or benchmarking tools
• Minimum 1 year integrating AI into business process design
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for the assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications for AI integration and operating models.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI visualization tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational tools.
