Ford is seeking a Technical Program Leader to own the integrated plan for a modernization program across portfolios, cyber/risk, architecture, and tooling. You will coordinate execution across cross-functional squads and govern AI-enabled assessment workflows to drive risk-based actions at scale.

You will lead enterprise-wide asset inventory, classification, and remediation prioritization, reporting to senior leadership and aligning with NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001 requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or work equivalent in computer science or related field.
• Certifications in project/program management, cybersecurity or AI governance.
• 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Create a complete inventory of technology assets across enterprise portfolios.
• Classify assets by criticality, security exposure and modernization need.
• Prioritize assets and high-risk items for remediation and action.
• Define an AI-enabled assessment and remediation process for proactive monitoring.
• Establish governance across technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and finance stakeholders.
• Coordinate across cross-functional squads and manage milestones and risks.
• Report program status and decisions to leadership and forum.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture on modernization patterns and guidance.
• Own the integrated program plan spanning portfolio, cyber/risk, and tooling workstreams.
