Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of related finance experience.
• Experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and valuation techniques.
• Strong data mining and data modeling skills with relevant software/tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to innovate.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecast reviews with management, MIMs, ME Chiefs, and program teams.
• Reconcile forecasts to scorecard expectations and identify variances, risks, and actions.
• Improve forecast accuracy by challenging assumptions and analyzing performance.
• Maintain visibility to forecasts, funding requirements, and checkbook activity across CAPEX and OPS.
• Translate complex financial information into clear management recommendations.
• Anticipate forecast and funding risks and drive resolution with limited supervision.
• Coordinate and execute funded movements for program teams.
• Support funding-release with GBS and cross-functional partners.
• Develop AI-enabled reporting and standardized planning and analytics.
