Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of related experience.
• PowerBI experience.
• Tableau experience.
• Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures.
• Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills.
• Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
• Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• The Financial Analyst will support PMI Sales organization and other key business line partners.
• This role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and decision support activities that help leaders evaluate performance and drive business results.
• Developing financial models, analyzing trends and variances, supporting monthly and annual planning processes, and delivering ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making.
• Support the implementation of Finance AI and automation initiatives, deploying AI-enabled data models and analytics solutions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for finance and business reviews; research and resolve data quality issues in financial reporting systems.
