Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned change leader to help clients reinvent how their organizations operate in an AI-enabled, data-informed world. You will design and deliver enterprise change programs, leverage GenAI to accelerate analysis and communications, and ensure responsible governance and human accountability across transformations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Bonus Points if you have GenAI experience delivering organizational change work.
• Experience leading or working in human + digital teams using GenAI for analysis, content generation, and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts in data, automation, and GenAI contexts.
• Design enterprise change programs and help clients sustain change as roles and skills evolve.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI use across the organization with governance.
• Use data and AI insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change.
• Design agile change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and content.
• Help clients build scalable change capabilities for evolving technologies.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
