Job summary

You will build market insights, support strategic initiatives, and develop materials for leadership discussions while collaborating with customer marketers and sustainability leaders.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• Must have at least a 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
• Actively enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience in telecoms or IT is a plus

Responsibilities

• Research customer priorities, telecommunications trends, sustainability developments and competitive activity.
• Analyze customer, industry and sustainability information to identify insights and opportunities.
• Prepare briefings and reusable knowledge assets for customer engagements and executive meetings.
• Build project plans, stakeholder maps, trackers, and briefing materials to coordinate milestones.
• Explore and test AI-assisted workflows for research, communications and planning.
• Develop prompts, templates and best practices to improve productivity and output quality.
• Lead a summer innovation project applying AI to a real business challenge and present recommendations to leadership.
