Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor coordination, venue prep, scheduling and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and maintain marketing budgets, processes, calendars and workflows.
• Coordinate across marketing and events teams for alignment.
• Contribute to documentation, process improvements and internal communications.
• Collect and analyze data on event attendance, engagement and satisfaction.
