Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to develop digital tools and dashboards that support manufacturing operations. You will use data from SAP and other sources to create solutions, with emphasis on AI-enabled automation and cross-functional collaboration.

The role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights, improving productivity, quality and cost efficiency. Requires a degree and 3–5 years experience in manufacturing or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, systems analysis, engineering, or related role.
• Data analysis and visualization using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
• Programming or scripting in VBA, Power Query, Python or similar for automation.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/flow controls testing systems and SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance visual tools, dashboards, and digital systems to support manufacturing operations.
• Transform and analyze data using platforms such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, VBA, Python.
• Apply AI tools to analyze workflows, automate tasks, and modernize systems.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend technology-based solutions to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
• Use data for root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Document systems, data sources and user instructions for sustainability and scalability.
• Provide training and support to end users for new tools and reports.
