Flow Control Group is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and data governance across the organization. This role collaborates with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure data integrity and accurate transaction mappings within ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting systems, or financial operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, trends, and operational drivers.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP and reporting systems.
• Review and validate accounting transaction mappings to ensure correct GL and reporting structures.
• Partner with Accounting and IT to troubleshoot system, reporting, and data issues.
• Maintain and support financial hierarchies: departments, locations, accounts, cost centers, entities, reporting structures.
• Assist with ERP implementations, enhancements, testing, and process improvements.
• Support master data management processes, including chart of accounts and vendor/customer structures.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
• Perform reconciliations and data validation between ERP, reporting tools, and source systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, processes, and data governance.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes as needed.
• Document financial system workflows, mapping logic, and reporting standards.
