Job summary

Flow Control Group seeks a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data governance across the organization. You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure data integrity and accurate mappings in ERP systems.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven technologies to improve financial operations and decision-making. Strong ERP and data management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting systems, or financial operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or similar.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger structures.
• Experience with transaction mapping, financial hierarchies, and master data management.
• Advanced Excel; BI tools experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, trends, and operational drivers.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP and reporting systems.
• Review and validate accounting transaction mappings to ensure correct general ledger entries.
• Partner with Accounting and IT to troubleshoot system, reporting, and data issues.
• Maintain financial hierarchies across departments, locations, accounts, and cost centers.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
• Perform reconciliations and data validation between ERP systems and source systems.
