Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead AI-enabled manufacturing solutions from strategy to scalable assets. You will align manufacturing insights with data platforms, enforce governance, and guide teams across architecture, development, and deployment.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will partner with data engineers, AI engineers, software developers, and alliance teams to deliver reusable solution components and reference

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/computer science field.
8–10 years of AI solution development and manufacturing data experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through iterative solution development.

Responsibilities

Set vision, roadmap, and standards for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
Lead multidisciplinary teams through concept to production readiness.
Own solution governance including security, privacy, and compliance.
Drive RAG/GraphRAG solutions and knowledge graphs.
Collaborate with sales and delivery to shape proposals and demos.
Oversee budgets, milestones, and risk management.
