Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead AI-enabled manufacturing solutions from strategy through production deployment. This role combines deep manufacturing knowledge with data platforms, AI models, and knowledge graphs to create reusable assets for pursuits and engagements.

You will direct architecture, governance, and the end-to-end development, collaborating with data engineers, scientists, and solution leaders to deliver scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or related discipline.
• No less than 8–10 years of relevant AI/industrial data platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmap for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through architecture, build, testing, and deployment.
• Translate manufacturing priorities into AI use cases, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee governance, security, data privacy, and compliance with development standards.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape offerings, proposals, and client demonstrations.
• Package solutions for reuse with reference architectures and enablement materials.
• Coach and develop managers and engineers; drive talent development.
