Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design, build, and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will work with manufacturing practitioners, data engineers, data scientists, and solution leaders to deliver production-ready assets and reusable components.

This senior, hands-on leadership role requires setting direction, managing portfolios, and ensuring quality, risk management, and adoption across the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in AI solution development and industrial data platforms.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through iterative solution development cycles.
• Strong understanding of MES/MOM, ERP, historians, SCADA, PLC, and industrial protocols.
• Experience designing RAG-based applications, knowledge graphs, and governance.
• Executive communication, structured problem solving, and stakeholder influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, investment priorities, and quality standards for a portfolio of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
• Lead cross-functional teams through concept definition, architecture, build, testing, release, and adoption while remaining hands-on to resolve critical issues.
• Translate manufacturing and supply chain priorities into AI use cases, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Own solution governance including architecture decisions, responsible AI, data privacy, security, and release readiness.
• Direct design of data platforms connecting MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, PLC, IoT, and other enterprise systems.
• Guide development of data models, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and governance standards across assets, products, and processes.
• Shape AI assistants, copilots, and workflows for predictive maintenance, quality, production optimization, and decision support.
• Oversee integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and IT/OT patterns; establish engineering standards for reusable code and MLOps.
