Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager, Life Sciences Supply Chain & Operate, to lead end-to-end BPO engagements across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and procurement for life sciences clients, while shaping AI-enabled capabilities and reusable assets.

You will drive operating model transformations, mentor teams, and advance intelligence-led operations across global programs with focus on MES, TrackWise, Kinaxis, Veeva, and related tech.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years in life sciences consulting or operations.
4+ years leading teams, programs, or client engagements.
3+ years in BPO/Operate engagements with KPI mgmt or CI.
Travel 25% on average.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end BPO and Operate engagements across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and procurement.
Serve as delivery leader on multi-year Operate engagements with SLAs and improvement roadmaps.
Embed AI, automation, and analytics into BPO delivery.
Drive automation, digitization, and standardization across operations and tech environments.
Build Deloitte's Life Sciences BPO capability with assets, talent pipelines, and client-facing positioning.
