Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Associate Vice President for AI and Data Solutions to lead life sciences and manufacturing data initiatives. You’ll shape AI/ML use cases, drive data-driven transformations, and partner across business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will guide engagements, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to client workshops, proposals, and strategic initiatives in a dynamic Deloitte practice focused on health and life sciences

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation.
6+ years in Life Sciences/pharma manufacturing, quality, or operational transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Lead AI & Data engagements focused on Life Sciences / Pharma clients.
Shape and deliver use cases like process visibility, predictive insights, AI‑assisted quality analytics, and intelligent automation.
Translate business needs into scalable AI, data, and digital solution designs.
Work across business, product, architecture, engineering, and client teams to support implementation and adoption.
Define deliverable structure, manage timelines, budgets, and engagement risk.
Lead workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder sessions.
Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to go‑to‑market materials.
