Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Project Manager (AI-Enabled Learning) to support AI-enabled training initiatives for the Global Private Bank.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders, learning partners, and Product and Technology teams to ensure solutions drive adoption and skill development. Reporting to the Global Head of Strategy Insights & AI Enablement, you will manage dependencies, track risks, and prepare status updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting delivery of cross-functional projects such as enablement, learning, product, operations, or tech programs.
• Strong organizational skills with planning, tracking, documentation, and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication; synthesize updates into actions and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with content owners and tech partners to convert training modules into AI-enabled solutions.
• Support day-to-day delivery across multiple initiatives, managing timelines and handoffs.
