Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/engineering/IT/cybersecurity.
• 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection).
• 5+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless.
• 5+ years building/deploying production-grade solutions with Python/Java/Node.js.
• 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control.
• 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in production.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% on average; immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to architecture and delivery objectives.
• Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions.
• Shape technical solutions during pursuits with demos, POCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs.
• Manage client delivery by overseeing scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Build team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices.
