Job summary

Slick in the US seeks an AI-enabled Growth Marketing Manager to expand presence in beauty and personal care. You will sit in the Beauty BU and partner with the Head of Marketing to grow awareness and drive qualified traffic.

This role requires hands-on creation of campaigns, landing pages, and content, with AI tools to accelerate work. You will own experiments, nurture sequences, referrals, and partnerships while shipping fast in a startup within DaySmart.

Qualifications

• 4+ years across growth, campaign or content marketing.
• Experience selling to small business owners.
• Portfolio with live links showing pages and campaigns.
• Able to work in Eastern Time hours for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify where US salon owners pay attention and drive Slick visibility.
• Develop campaigns and landing pages for paid programs, owning conversion on pages.
• Own third‑party citation outreach to AI answer engines for Slick.
• Create content for Google and AI assistants and measure impact.
• Be active in community groups and nurture email sequences.
• Launch customer referral program and partner with US campaigns.
• Collaborate with US marketing on American context and timing.
• Track live shipping, next steps, and overall performance.
• Measure qualified volume and conversion across paid pages.
