Job summary

DaySmart is hiring an AI-enabled Product Marketing Manager for Slick to own the growth narrative in the US and UK. You will be the market voice inside Slick and the Slick voice in the market, shaping positioning, launches, education, and customer adoption as you drive expansion revenue and product-led growth with the marketing team.

You’ll run research, interviews, and data analysis to tailor GTM narratives for salon owners and barbers, collaborating across product, design, and sales, while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience in beauty or wellness tech, appointments software, or payments/fintech.
• Strong writing skills with crisp messaging and positioning.
• Curious about customers; conducts interviews and analyzes data.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with PMM tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive competitive positioning and messaging across UK and US markets.
• Own product launches, feature positioning and customer education.
• Lead customer adoption from day one for new releases.
• Drive expansion revenue through feature adoption and add-ons.
• Lead product-led growth strategy with marketing teams.
• Continuously research the market and capture insights.
• Collaborate with product and design on roadmap priorities.
• Create marketing assets and campaigns for awareness and conversions.
• Support sales with battlecards, ROI proofs and points.
• Own product video production for AI discoverability.
