Job summary

DaySmart Software seeks an AI-enabled Growth Marketing Manager to build Slick's US presence. You’ll own growth initiatives in the Beauty BU, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and partner across teams to drive campaigns, content, and partnerships.

You’ll directly influence where salon owners pay attention, craft landing pages, and measure outcomes with AI-driven insights. Remote/hybrid flexibility and a fast-paced, hands-on environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, campaign or content marketing for software companies.
• Experience selling to small business owners or agency-led paid/content outreach is a plus.
• Proven ability to use AI tooling to automate research, drafting, production and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify where US salon owners pay attention and how to show up and convert.
• Develop paid program concepts and landing pages; own conversion on pages with paid spend.
• Own third-party citation work for AI answer engines and outreach to press.
• Create 'question shaped' content for Google and AI assistants and measure results.
• Build nurture email sequences with marketing and central services support.
• Launch and optimize customer referral program and partnerships with social team.
• Track live campaigns and communicate what's shipping and what's next.
