Sia seeks a Forward Deployed Business Analyst (FDBA) to join its Financial Services Consulting practice in the United States. You will embed with client teams to own business outcomes, leverage data, analytics, and AI to move faster and deliver smarter solutions.

You will act as strategic advisor, AI operator, and execution partner, shaping operating models, system implementations, and process optimization across financial services engagements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, AI Engineering & Computing, Computer Science, Data Science, Financial Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with up to 2 years of post-graduate experience in business problem solving, analytics, and AI-enabled work.
• Experience in financial services or management consulting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• AI-enabled consulting delivery using no-code/low-code platforms and analytics to accelerate research, analysis, and delivery.
• Engage with client teams to understand objectives, constraints, and desired outcomes.
• Assess current-state processes, data flows, risks, and pain points to define strategic initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and documentation.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to support design, implementation, and UAT.
• Own tasks and drive initiatives from analysis through execution with proactive communication.
• Prepare structured deliverables for clients and internal teams.
• Support proposals and thought leadership in digital, data, and AI trends.
