Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation, or technology to improve finance and accounting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or financial operations experience.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting operations across multiple Medici entities.
• Manage AR including membership billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for recurring memberships and services.
