Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking an Engineer in Information Research (IR) to design, build, and operate AI-enabled solutions on AWS that automate work and surface insights for CBSO.

You will partner with CBSO stakeholders to define AI use cases, implement infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation, and deploy with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and adherence to GxP and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience; Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience.
• Proventrack recordof deliveringprojectson time, performingroutine and complex tasks competently and independently,andgeneratingreliable and consistent results.
• Strong communicationskills, with the ability to organize and present projectobjectivesand progress clearly to both technical teams and CBSO business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate data, software, or AI-enabled solutions on AWS, including generative AI and ML applications.
• Partner with CBSO stakeholders to turn business needs into prioritized AI use cases with clear requirements and success measures.
• Build, deploy, and operate solutions on AWS using infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation) and automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
