Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Business Analyst to support D365-focused work across Employee Benefits and HR Consulting, partnering with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service. You will own small to medium backlog items, gather requirements, and refine user stories while coordinating demos and UAT to ensure business outcomes are met.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled delivery using Copilot/Claude, with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration to translate technical concepts

Qualifications

3+ years in BA/Business Systems Analyst roles; Insurance or HR domain preferred.
Experience supporting D365 and system integrations.
Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
Proficient with Azure DevOps and AI tools in delivery.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Own small to medium D365 enhancements from requirements to release.
Elicit, document requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate demos and UAT; plan test scenarios.
Support larger Features/Epics with requirements analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams; ensure data flows and integrations.
