Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize ordering systems and product configuration pipelines. You will translate product scope into precise requirements, simplify BOMs, and ensure accurate orderability across ERP and PLM platforms using AI tools.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and IT to document functional specs, drive SKU rationalization, and guide test scenarios within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/PLM/CPQ.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for drafting requirements and test scripts.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical specifications for ordering platforms.
• Model end-to-end processes across ERP/PLM systems.
• Lead requirement gathering with cross-functional teams.
• Develop AI-based use cases and test scenarios for ordering workflows.
