Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, and enterprise software configuration.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP environments (Oracle) and a strong BOM understanding.
• Project delivery with distributed teams using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini and/or Agent Orchestration) for writing requirements, modeling processes, or generating test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business workflows into functional and technical AI use cases with PSO, SO, IT, and Operations.
• Design, build, and test AI agents to ensure governance and compliance of rules.
• Collaborate with software developers to implement functional specs from intake to deployment.
• Create end-to-end test plans and validation scripts for BOM structures and configuration rules.
• Verify configuration accuracy with manufacturing and factory systems to prevent order processing errors.
