Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience translating business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with ERP configurations, preferably Oracle.
• Familiarity with BOMs and product configuration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PSO, Business Operations, SO, and IT to translate workflows into AI use cases.
• Design, build, and test AI agents within governance rules and guardrails.
• Bridge business stakeholders and AI engineering to guide implementation end-to-end.
• Draft and execute end-to-end test plans for BOMs and configuration rules.
• Verify configuration accuracy with manufacturing and factory systems to prevent errors.
• Support Agile backlog management and continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.
