Job summary

Red Hat is seeking Software Engineering interns to join in Boston, MA; Lowell, MA; Raleigh, NC; Durham, NC. You will work with a senior mentor and a broad international team, gaining exposure to Python, Golang, and various Red Hat technologies while contributing to multiple projects and curricula.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of Python or Golang.
• Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and understand internal workings.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate as part of a wider team.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain code in Python, Golang or similar language with your mentor.
• Add new features, debug, identify, and track issues in Red Hat products.
• Collaborate with product, QA, design, and documentation teams through the product cycle.
• Network with other interns and contribute in a team-friendly environment.
