Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers through email, Slack, and virtual meetings.
• Gather customer requirements, feedback, and project details, ensuring information is communicated clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Create and optimize e-commerce product content including: product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, enhanced content, and brand messaging.
• Develop concepts and creative direction for product imagery and visual content.
• Review written content, images, and marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Utilize AI tools to support research, content development, brainstorming, image generation, and productivity initiatives.
• Prepare customer presentations, reporting materials, marketing collateral, and other customer-facing documentation.
• Track project milestones, approvals, deadlines, and revisions.
• Proactively identify missing information, risks, or roadblocks and resolve issues before they impact deliverables.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control across all assigned projects.
• Take ownership of projects from initial customer request through final delivery.

We are a growing e-commerce technology company that seeks an AI E-Commerce Content & Customer Success Specialist to support customer communication, content creation, and project execution for brands selling through online marketplaces.

This role combines customer-facing communication with content development, creative review, and AI-assisted workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple projects while delivering polished, customer-ready work.

Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
