Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled full‑time Backend AI Stack Engineer. You will develop and maintain web applications, ensure performance, and integrate user‑facing elements with server‑side logic.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient,, and reliable code for our web applications.
• Integrate user‑facing elements developed by front‑end developers with server‑side logic.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Use your understanding of front‑end technologies to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain a high‑quality code culture.
• Collaborate with the product team to define new product directions and implement solutions to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (e.g., solid.js, Tauri 2.0).
• Proficient in back‑end programming languages such as Go, Rust, and Python.
• Experience with advanced machine learning libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorrt, and ONNX.
• Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, and experience with Candle.
• Familiarity with front‑end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and libraries for front‑end development (e.g., solid.js).
• Knowledge of LangChain, Deep agents, and LangGraph.
• Excellent understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Analytical mind with problem‑solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
