Qualifications

• Master’s in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Statistics, or closely related field.
• 10+ years of AI/ML engineering or data science experience, with 3–5 years leading technical teams.
• Proven experience building and deploying production‑grade predictive models, time‑series forecasting, and optimization algorithms.
• Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI for complex workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn); SQL proficiency.
• Experience deploying AI workloads on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using MLOps tools.
• Experience building user‑facing dashboards (Streamlit, Dash, Flask/Django) for model consumption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of production‑grade AI/ML solutions (model design, validation, deployment, monitoring).
• Oversee demand sensing algorithms to support sales & operations planning and yield management.
• Drive strategic AI/ML roadmap; identify use cases including Agentic AI for automation.
• Foster rapid prototyping with rigorous testing to demonstrate business value.
• Establish robust MLOps, model governance, version control, and documentation.
• Ensure data quality and governance across data sourcing, cleaning and pipelines.
• Mentor data scientists and AI/ML engineers; translate technical results for executives.
