Job summary

Accenture’s Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice leads AI-driven enterprise transformation for top pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. You will guide workforce strategy, role design, and capability development across large-scale changes while partnering with CHRO-level stakeholders.

Travel up to 80% may be required as you define the workforce reinvention roadmap and oversee communication of the transformation to internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation in consulting or industry.
• Leadership redesign of roles and operating models during large tech/AI-driven change.
• Proven ability to lead change programs at C-suite and VP levels.
• Deep knowledge of Life Sciences talent, operating models, and structures.
• Experience engaging CHRO-level stakeholders on people strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda across enterprise transformation as AI takes over tasks.
• Define and own workforce transition strategy aligned to reinvention roadmap.
• Oversee role redesign and capability development with process and tech changes.
• Partner on workforce investment decisions, sequencing, and readiness.
• Engage CHRO and leadership to align on workforce reinvention strategy.
• Develop the enterprise workforce narrative for internal and external communications.
