MetLife’s Global Technology team invites you to help shape the future of digital solutions for customers worldwide. You’ll lead Workforce Data product strategy, collaborating across HR, Technology and data teams to deliver trusted data and analytics capabilities.

You will define problems, outcomes and roadmaps, and influence stakeholders through clear, evidence-based decisions. Hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least three days a week, with emphasis on governance, privacy, responsible

Qualifications

• Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps for enterprise data capabilities.
• Ability to translate workforce/HR needs into delivery requirements and outcomes.
• Strong communication to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workforce Data product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to identify high-value problems and outcomes.
• Define and manage the product portfolio spanning data domains and analytics layers.
• Create prioritization frameworks balancing value, risk, quality and cost.
• Partner with architecture, data engineering, analytics, security and privacy teams.
• Maintain a clear backlog and outcome-based roadmap for increments.
• Drive alignment across HR and Technology with concise business language.
• Define health measures like adoption, data quality, timeliness and usability.
