MetLife’s Global Technology team is seeking a Technology Product Manager for Workforce Data to steer product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for enterprise workforce data capabilities. You will influence across HR, Technology, and data teams to deliver scalable data products and AI-ready patterns.

You will partner with architecture, data engineering, analytics, and security to translate product intent into production-ready capabilities, maintaining a clear backlog and outcome-based

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology product management with influence-based leadership.
• Experience turning workforce or HR needs into data-enabled product outcomes.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce data product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Lead discovery with workforce stakeholders and data consumers to define use cases.
• Define and manage product portfolio including data domains and AI-ready patterns.
• Collaborate with architecture, data engineering, and security to deliver capabilities.
