Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergrad or grad in business analytics, data analytics, operations, or related field.
• Working knowledge of workflow orchestration and MS Power Platform.
• Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Knowledge of design thinking, process mapping, Agile, or continuous improvement.
• Ability to learn processes quickly and translate goals into practical workflow solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration; coursework or internships welcome.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business customers and stakeholders to document requirements and map current workflows.
• Design future-state workflow orchestration coordinating tasks, decisions, approvals, routing, and AI-enabled steps.
• Configure and deploy a low-code prototype using the Power Platform or approved tool.
• Build end-to-end workflow components including analytics and AI-enabled experiences.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities while promoting Enact values through collaboration and events.
