Job summary

Appian seeks an Associate Consultant Intern to work with our Customer Success team for a 10-week, in-person internship at our McLean, Virginia headquarters. You will learn to build, deploy, and scale solutions on the Appian platform while gaining hands-on consulting skills and contributing to client strategies.

You’ll partner with clients to model workflows, analyze business strategies, and design materials to drive user adoption.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a STEM field with strong academics.
• Ability to commit to a 10-week full-time internship (40 hours/week).
• Relational databases and cloud tech experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform.
• Analyze business strategies with the customer success team.
• Model and optimize complex workflows for client use cases.
