Harness is seeking a seasoned SEO and Web Strategy Lead to own the global website experience and organic discoverability for Harness.com. You will shape strategy across SEO/AEO, content architecture, and growth, coordinating with product marketing and external vendors to scale AI-driven discovery.

You will drive web strategy, conversion optimization, and performance measurement while aligning with product launches and market trends. Remote/hybrid in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SEO experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
• Own web and organic growth strategy through influence and vendor management.
• Proven experience running a high-traffic, high-impact website.
• Strong hands-on SEO across technical, on-page, and content areas.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic discoverability strategy across traditional search engines and AI-driven surfaces.
• Lead keyword strategy, content gap analysis, and competitive audits.
• Define standards for technical SEO, structured data, and internal linking.
• Own website roadmap and align content, UX, and product launches.
• Run experiments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
