In this role, you will take ownership of on-site shoot logistics and drive our downstream video execution pipeline using modern project management software (Asana preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video production coordination, broadcast, or creative agency environments.
• On-site production & executive presence: lead live shoot logistics and interface with clients, vendors, and talent.
• Deep production expertise with project management mastery and knowledge of timelines and dependencies.
• Cross-functional communication to drive alignment in prioritization meetings.
• AI-first mindset to leverage AI tools and automations for faster workflows.

Responsibilities

• On‑Site Shoot Logistics & Coordination: Lead all day‑of production logistics for on‑site video shoots.
• Talent & Stakeholder Management: Manage on‑camera talent, executives, and internal stakeholders with a polished, high‑touch experience.
• Workflow & Progression Management: Own video‑specific PM tasks within Asana templates and ensure scope alignment.
• Status Reporting & Tracking: Track progress and report milestones and roadblocks in cross‑functional meetings.
• AI & Process Automation: Use AI tools and automations to scale output and reduce admin work.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with writers, editors, designers, and marketing to maintain momentum.
• Brand & Asset Management: Ensure assets meet brand guidelines and are archived across platforms like Iconik, YouTube, Brightcove.
