Launchpad Innovations is seeking a talented Creative Video Editor to craft high-converting short-form ads and AI-enhanced creatives. You will transform briefs into polished videos that grab attention and drive action across platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong editing with an eye for AI-assisted production, creating talking-head, UGC-style, and AI-generated content that resonates with audiences and scales campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video editing and short-form content creation.
• Strong experience creating social media and performance marketing videos.
• Experience with AI-powered video creation and talking-head/avatar styles.
• Familiarity with AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, avatars, image generation, and enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create AI talking-head/avatar videos and UGC-style video creatives.
• Turn scripts and concepts into engaging, high-quality video ads.
• Develop hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, visuals, and CTAs.
• Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and optimize video content.
• Create multiple variations to test different hooks and creative angles.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple short-form formats.
• Stay updated with emerging AI video tools and trends.
• Analyze performance and use insights to improve future videos.
