Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Lead AI Video Editor in the United States to helm a fast-paced, fully remote creative team. You will craft high-volume short-form ads using AI video tools, manage editors, and drive KPI-focused outcomes for Meta campaigns.

You will leverage platforms like Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Flow, and Sora, plus CapCut and Adobe Premiere, to produce authentic product integrations and compelling storytelling at scale.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience editing short-form paid advertisements (UGC/DTС/performance-focused).
• 1 year of experience managing editors or creatives in paid-media or agency settings.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools and traditional editing software.
• Proficiency with CapCut or Adobe Premiere, with After Effects experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce 15–20 short-form ads per week (15–60s) for Meta campaigns.
• Lead editors, coach performance, and drive weekly KPIs.
• Turn scripts and references into AI-enhanced, authentic-looking creative.
• Develop hooks, pacing, captions, and sound design to boost engagement.
• Source footage and manage asset library for fast production cycles.
• Oversee AI-driven video workflows and continuously improve speed and quality.
