The role is full-time in San Francisco or Berlin on-site, with hybrid or remote options. Ideal candidates have video passion, paid social experience, and a strong storytelling sense.

Qualifications

• Passion for video, you love scripting, editing, motion and creative work.
• Years of experience in producing / editing videos.
• Work experience in paid social or with performance marketing campaigns.
• Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant.
• Curious and excited about AI rather than afraid of it.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• AI Video Ad Production: you use our powerful AI engine to produce, edit and design strong video ads for millions of viewers.
• Team Collaboration: work with an ambitious team of marketing managers and creative designers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Shape the AI engine: provide feedback to product and engineering to improve the engine over time.
