Job summary

JPMorganChase, Tampa-based, seeks a Product Transformation leader to drive end-to-end innovation and value realization across Merchant Services. You will shape the transformation roadmap, align executives, and deliver high-impact AI-enabled product initiatives with scalable operating models.

You will collaborate with product, technology, risk, and operations to drive adoption, improve client experience, and reduce risk while maintaining governance and compliance in a financial services context.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise product, technology, or transformation roles.
5+ years leading large-scale organizational change across 25+ teams.
AI product literacy: interrogate model performance, bias, drift, and failure modes.
Senior stakeholder management and executive coaching experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to define business outcomes and translate into transformation agenda.
Identify high-value opportunities and apply AI, automation, and operating-model change.
Prioritize initiatives based on value and organizational change capacity.
Own adoption strategy for new capabilities from leadership alignment to frontline behavior change.
Diagnose adoption barriers using data-driven methods and design interventions.
Define outcome-linked metrics connecting capability deployment to business impact.
