Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring a Product Manager to lead the search and AI team, guiding the end-to-end product life cycle and serving as the voice of the customer. You will develop profitable products, drive successful launches, and ensure scalable, reliable client experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations, focusing on data-driven decision making, and strong metrics to measure cost, features, functionality and risk.

Qualifications

• Enough technical depth to read data lineage, discuss index design, review API schemas and hands-on familiarity with LLM tool use.
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for payments search quality, from the reliability of upstream data feeds to the API that agents and users call, working across system-of-record teams you don't directly control
• Map the data lineage, set up freshness and failure observability for sources, and lead the fixes
• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
