As a part of our team, you will serve as an experienced Business Transformation Lead, AMER, driving applied AI and workflow transformation across our Americas commercial and sales teams.
In this role, you will lead the transformation playbook, bringing together people, process, technology, and AI to reinvent how work gets done. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, management consulting, and technology execution, mapping end‑to‑end “from/to” journeys, defining business requirements, and aligning regional operations with global transformation initiatives.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
